House keeping sometimes misses or doesn't do a very good job in the rooms. Some meals I am told are not good/over cooked/or meals a lot of the residents don't enjoy (try to be too fancy). Could have more activities besides drinking...a lot of residents don't drink so they don't go to the events. Cost is way too high and then find ways to charge more.... Read more

It's a very clean place, with friendly staff, my loved one is a picky eater so, they find it a little challenging and is not willing to try new stuff. Sometimes the meals are cold by dinner time. They are great for checking up on clients specifically if they haven't been to the dinning room for meals. There is lots of activities and scheduled outings. I do find it ridiculous that they charge for parking when the price to live there or any home is costly.

My mother in law is really enjoying her apartment at Ross Place. Her furniture fit perfectly. The lobby, dining room, theatre and grounds are all so nice, just like living in a luxury hotel. She recently hosted a Thanksgiving lunch in the Country Kitchen with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She tells us she is so busy. We are comforted by the fact that there is lots for her to do and that she has everything she needs under one roof.
