Our family member lives at Rosetta, when we visit her we are impressed by how friendly and caring the staff is now, the new Administrator is very hands on and understanding, and the house manager has been there for a few years and is so helpful. We have been impressed by their new updates and cleanliness. The housekeepers keep things looking and smells great, the activities girl plays games, does arts and crafts and when the weather is nice does walks and outdoor outings. I like this community for care. The staff is nice and caring. They seemed a little understaffed a lot of the time. We think that they need to be more interaction with the residents. The meals are appealing. I am not sure if the community does offer activists for the residents to keep active. We would recommend this if families take a tour to see what is available for the care of a loved one.
