The staff is friendly and helpful. They know the residents well and treat them with kindness and respect - they genuinely care about them! The rooms and grounds are clean and neat. Housekeeping does a great job! I found that communicating with the med nurse in person was most effective, and with management via email yielded a quick response. My mom is very happy, has wonderful roommates, and is provided the mental stimulation that she needs to do well! I am very happy and relieved that this has been such a positive move for her! I highly recommend Rose Garden Residential Care!

It is so nice to have the outdoor areas for the residents; they are not cooped up in hallways! My interactions with the staff have been good; they seem to be quite responsive. I would recommend to others.

Rose Gardens is a very grossly nasty place under horrible leadership! [name removed] is the most dishonest individual I have ever met! My brother was only there 4 month and lost 15 lbs! He was denied ADLs and he is a Stroke Patient unable to care for himself. [name removed] said he was misdiagnosed and basically faking his condition. [name removed] and the office staff especially stick together and back each others lies. My brother room was unsafe with hazards all over, he was maybe shave 3 times during his 4 month stay. My husband and I visited and tried to clean his room and move hazards out of his way. They refused entry for two months and I had to involve ombudsman, shortly after the retaliation started! They called police on my disable brother with allegations of attack! He is in a Memory care facility w/brain injury pt. And Alzheimer’s and dementia. They had the BLACK man taken to jail! He wears a depends and this traumatized him greatly. He is now in hospital where he remains. Run from R.G

The staff is very kind and friendly, I feel that they are short-staffed and could use some help. The communication between the staff and the family is good. They are quick to return calls and if there are any concerns they will contact me. I would recommend this community to others but make sure to do your research.

Finding a memory care facility for my dad was a very tough thing to do. Fortunately, I never had a moments worry once he moved to Rose Garden. The units are nice and always clean. The grounds are beautiful, and they plan fun activities for the residents. My dad is well taken care of. They even take great care of the families too, very kind and informative. The administrator [name removed], the RN [name removed], and the entire staff go above and beyond, their amazing.

Very nice facility; my only concern for Mom is the transportation to the dining area if there is rain. They will escort them to the dining area or take them food to their living area. Also, they did not have an immediate place for us.

After much research of Dementia Care communities throughout the Inland Empire we decided to tour Rose Garden Residential Care and were very impressed. Although it's an older building it has a home-like feel because of the way the staff made us feel. We moved Mom in and have been overly satisfied. The compassionate staff provide quality care, they're customer service is great and they're always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate Mom's needs. We were especially impressed by the fact that this is one of only two Dementia-only communities in the area that are partnered with PACE (the Innovage Program) which has VERY high standards a community must meet to be considered a partner...told us all we needed to know. Highly recommended!!!!!

This was our favorite facility 3 years ago as well as today. They had made many new physical updates to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and we decided that this was the place for our mom. $4800 was the approx. quote for 1 month care.

I decided to tour places after hours. After all, everyone is at their best during right!! All I can say is this place was deceiving. On the outside, it an old, out of date, 1 story apartment complex but when you drive to the office, the grounds are magnificent. It's filled with mature trees and beautiful landscaping. It definitely hides its many flaws: walkways are terribly uneven, blind spots everywhere, smelled like urine in the dining room, residents just sit for hours, activities are very elementary, staff is very young and not engaging. I noticed 2 caregivers out of the 50+ residents there. So VERY understaffed!! On a tour, the Manager wouldn't stop talking about himself and his accomplishments for 2 hours! Ridiculous!! There are no outings (as posted on their site), no outdoor monitoring for the residents who wandered, the rooms were small and shared. The private room isn't THAT a private apartment. It's basically a small room with it's own bathroom in an apartment shared by a total of 5 residents. NOT private at all but they'll charge you as if it is. To many hidden red flags.

Toured with [Name removed] today. Older property. Under renovations. Similar to Pacifica Palm Springs in that there are multi-resident houses but a main house for dining room, kitchen, nurses station, activities. I would prefer supervision in the same house. I don't think there were resident rooms in the main house.

My mother in law was at Rose Garden from [dates removed]. The level of care was very poor at best. She was assaulted twice by other residents and when she fell and broke her hip in [date removed] we were not notified. They simply got her up and sat her down. She was unable to walk so they just left her there in pain. We removed her at that point and paid what we thought was the final bill. They continue to bill us, now $22,810 even though she has not been there for months. I have spoken to the staff there and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. That the corporate office makes those decisions. They have been unwilling to provide us with someone we can talk to. This is total BS. Alzheimers is a terrible disease and those who take advantage of the families should be tried as criminals. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. I would give MINUS 5 STARS if that was an option.

I visited Rose Gardens at the beginning of February because I was looking for a place for my father. I was there for 2 hours and that was enough time to decide it wasn't the place for my father. It looks great and was clean but I didn't see the residents getting the attention they needed or deserve. One woman walked around in soiled pants the whole 2 hours I was there. She even walked into the diningroom a couple times, walking by the nurse station and a couple caregivers and no one seemed to care. If they caregivers weren't willing to help when there are guests visiting, then there is no telling had bad it is when no one is watching. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The tour at this community was nice. We liked the staff who were able to answer the questions/ This community was clean and the menu looked to be appealing. The room is not connected to each other and we did not want my wife to feel she would not be able to get assistance if needed. We would recommend other families to tour this community for the care that is available.

My mother has improved in many areas of her life since making the move into this community. She has never been the social kind and since making the transition she has made many friends and even participates in many of the activities they have to offer throughout the day. My mom also has had good nutrition, she seems to be eating very well and liking the food they serve. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

It's a really nice place, workers are really nice. Care on the other hand is not that great, from what I've see is not good. To many people getting injerd residents and visitors. I went in one day to find my loved one injerd. Cuts and bruised all over the face. It's sad to see our loved ones like that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

A Place for Mom has scored Rose Garden Residential Care 8.2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
