Really check the facility out good, At first, it was really good but since management has changed there is no communication. The room sizes are normal and about right for a 2 bedroom. I would recommend this facility if you like apt living.

I have a dear friend who waited on the housing list for a couple of years and was finally accepted and she rented an apartment at Rose Cove. After living here for a good period of time, she became very ill. She spent over a week in ICU and at least 3 weeks hospitalized and months of Rehab. The Doctor told her and her son that she could no longer live alone. The Dr wrote to Rose Cove and told them that. Her son moved her out and she received a bill for $6,000 for breaking her lease. When her son contacted them they said that they had 8 other apartments to fill before hers! Not true! Apparently the contract states that even death isn't good enough to break a lease. She had no other choice but to leave. I'll be interested to watch them get blood out of this turnip! Talk about deplorables!!
