The 'common areas' are basic, tv/sofas, simple coffee bar, dining area, a couple small tables set up to do puzzles at and that's it. The staff is friendly when I've encountered them in person, but if you have to reach them by phone, it's almost never answered. We only picked this place because its located in the small town where our most of our family lives. Riverwalk Senior Living is a beautiful new building. The residents have their own "mini" apartment which my mom loves! The staff is very friendly and conscientious of all the residents. My mom really like it at Riverwalk.
