I thought Riderwood seemed like a very nice place for independent living, but it just wasn't a great fit for my loved one. It's a beautiful community, and it seemed very active, they've got all sorts of activities going on all the time! However, it really is entirely independent living, they don't offer any sort of assistance. They're definitely worth a look if you're looking into a senior apartment for your entirely independent loved one!
