What I like about Renaissance Terrace is it's relatively small, so the residents get a lot of individualized attention. It's also a non-profit, so they're driven by their mission statement as opposed to a profit margin. So I think that makes it very different from privately owned, for-profit assisted living facilities. The staff are really excellent, including the director. I really like her a lot. They're all great - they're always very friendly, helpful, and accessible. There's a very active and engaged activities schedule, and a really wonderful activities director. My tour of this community was a nice one overall. The community was smaller, and older than I would like. My mother has some mobile restrictions, and I do not feel this community were able to accommodate those restrictions.
