We chose Reina's because when we visited we just got a really good feeling about the quality of care and the compassion she would receive. We really like the second facility off Severin which is closer to Grossmont Hospital. The owner and staff are warm and there is enough support for the physical needs of my mom. We put a deposit on it to hold it for a week. Need family input to confirm.

The director gave us the tour. Not very good englich but he was nice. place is clean and looks good. pool in back 1/30: but that seems pretty useless for residents. outside area nice but not as attractive as carcenter at home for elderly. steep hills to get to the place and steep drive. hard for Dad to control wheelchair if he has to pick him up
