Dealing with the main office was another story, they did not give us the binder that we should have had before she started with us and a couple things like that. Spent two weeks arranging for care for my mom who was coming back from the hospital. The plan was to give her 24 hr care when she first came home. At the last minute they changed the caregiver who would come. She was supposed to be there before my mom arrives. She came 4.5 hrs after she was supposed to come. My parents had to arrangement for friends to come so they dismissed her. Her replacement shift was supposed to arrive at 8am in order receive instructions from the hospital nurse. She never came either. Do not rely on these people to give care to your loved one. Deeply disappointed and offended with their service.

[name removed], a caregiver, was wonderful. After one week of their help though they sent new people who didn’t seem happy to help and it was frustrating to retrain. There was a no show and three times someone was late with no phone call. After speaking with the CEO about needing to be informed on changes a new caregiver, different from the one promised, came to our house early. I am frustrated and more stressed. I feel like it was a bait and switch. They want you to like them so they send the best and then change it up.
