As for my experience with this company I have received the utmost professionalism, prompt and love and care from staff on board. In my experience with other companies it was a stressful day wondering if my mother was being properly cared for, that is until I connected with the founder of Superior Quality Home Health who has not disappointed me at anytime. We are so pleased with Superior Quality. Not a franchise and it shows we received the best care for my mother-in-law. Watching the one you love suffer with dementia is very hard. Superior caregiver managed Mom's care while management kept us together with conversations while watching my mother-in-law go through so many changes. Superior Quality LLC does what it says, they definitely provide an excellent high standard service and for a portable price, my grandpa is being very happy since he has been there and that is what reflects.
