This is the worst place I ever had to deal with along with my family. My mother just joined this home on [date removed] and already we had to move her out. They would drug her up every day so they wouldn't have to deal with her. Shame on this facility. They should not even be up and running. They mistreated my mother. My mother could not be showered for 1 week because of the state she was in. Hospice came 3 times and all times she was drugged up. They would tie her in a wheelchair so she would not be able to get out, or so they didn't have to go after her when she would try to move. My mother has dementia and if you no anything about dementia patients, and they knew she was, then you know what state dementia patients are in. My mom was ambulatory, but they made her non-ambulatory. So I will let you decide. If you want your loved one drugged up, mistreated and not able to shower then this is the place for you. Shameful.

The staff at Providence Residential Care has done a good job. My loved one has dementia, and she seems to be calm and she sleeps most of the time. She does not talk much anymore, so I do not really know what else there is to say about it.
