The owner is very good at matching caregiver to client. I told a caregiver she was hired to do live-in without talking to the owner first. In the end that did not work out well. He then sent an excellent caregiver. I wish the owner would check in more often. He is flexible and willing to work things out. He is reachable if I need to talk to him.
