I wanted someone for Saturday and Sunday after he came home from the skilled facility, the first girl they sent was very sweet and attentive, and then [name removed] came and has been with him since then, and she is phenomenal. She goes with him to OT, she observes what they're doing and she does those things with him, and she's very attentive. I just called [name removed] and he was on the ball. The caregivers he has sent me have all been very good. They cook for me and even take care of my dog. I'd be hard pressed without them; this is something I need.

They were recommended to us. The owner, [name removed], was very helpful with what we wanted. I like that they sent us two good candidates to interview that fit our needs. The caretaker has helped the most with caring for my wife and doing some of the daily tasks such as showering and bathing.

They work with me a lot and are always trying to meet my needs. They have helped the most with taking me to the grocery store and to doctor's appointments. The office has helped with getting replacements when needed.

I have an aide because I broke my femur. I like [name removed] in particular; you can text him and he answers questions right away. He is very easy to work with. They've done everything they possibly could. I could not be more pleased with the agency.

We chose them because my mom fell and broke her femur and I have been taking care of her, but I needed help, so I could go back to work. I really like Natalie, she is sweet, nice, knowledgeable. I liked speaking to her. She is essentially why I chose Preferred Care at Home. It helps a lot when they come. I like that they help my mom with toileting, personal hygiene and provide her with companionship . The caregiver is very sweet with my mom and patient too.

The caregivers they send are very kind. They bathe my wife and offer companionship. They are very attentive to her needs. One of the caregivers even makes me coffee in the morning. I appreciate that the caregivers are always willing to help.

The staff went above and beyond. The caregivers, Dora and Keyder, were exceptional and knowledgeable. My wife was the one that always spoke with the owners and she said they were always accommodating and professional to work with.
