I wouldn't really recommend them. I think the staff is great, and their heart is in the right place. But unless your family member is on their way out, they're not going to get any care services. It was clean there, but I felt like my loved one was generally just stuck in her room.

I never once felt like I was treated as a human being, especially an elder. The majority of the time, staff would be busy on their phones, leaving us to sit in our chairs too afraid to move around. It would be fare more cost efficient to hire a live-in caregiver who lives with us as part of the family. This model is flawed, and is especially doomed when the administration refuses to listen to constructive criticism.

Small facility but clean and quiet. On a very busy road. Met with [name removed] who was very informative. Staff was nice and friendly.

Pomerado Manor was really nice. The rooms were bright and welcoming. The facility had an open floor plan which was very inviting. The grounds were beautiful, lots of roses and greenery. The staff was welcoming and provided a lot of information.

The staff are loving and very accommodating to their residents. They are working with us to make Dad feel comfortable and as close to his normal routines and preferences as they possibly can.

They were wonderful. We were only there a short time. They noticed when something didn't seem right, and were able to get it checked out. We were happy with them.

We've had an extremely good experience with Pomerado Manor so far. The owner is extremely caring, and very hands on. Mom has gotten some really really great care during her time here, and really seems to be thriving. We couldn't be happier with the place, and would definitely recommend it to others!
