April 26, 2024Hello there, Our professional staff aim to provide high quality care to all our residents. We would like to look into this further. If you are willing, please reach out to us at ResidentExperience@frontiermgmt.com.
Initially they communicated really well, they've had a change of staff and seems a little confusing currently, fortunately we're able to visit regularly the new staff seems caring. My loved one's health has improved as far as a UTI went, I wish it wasn't so expensive but I guess that's the way it is it won't be long as my loved one will be on social security solely. Even with the change of staff I would rate the facility high, sadly I think the cost is outrageous but it seems to be how it is.

March 20, 2023Hi Mary, Our team aims to provide the highest quality care for every resident, and we are so happy to see that they've delivered at Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback.
We have some background in this and we understand just how important the meals and dining service is and for that this community gets a 5++ Our loved one says he has not had a bad meal there as of yet, he loves it and eats everything. We stayed there with him for about a week to get him adjusted and we even thought the meals were good. For us the location is very convenient and based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

October 27, 2022Thanks for taking the time to leave this review! We are so happy to hear that your loved one has been enjoying the dining options at Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care. Providing delicious, high-quality meals is just one small piece we can do to ensure an excellent experience.
We have had a good experience so far at Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living. They do a good job keeping track of what the family and the residents want and need. They have also been good with communication during covid as well as following procedures. I would recommend to others looking.

I went with friends to see their mother at Pheasant Pointe. While there, I witnessed 1 staff member doing her best to care for 10 clients, while another staff member was focused on her phone, oblivious to what was going on around her. This was unacceptable to expect one person to care for so many clients, with so many different needs. My friends were there as they had concerns. They were informed on Friday, that a staff member felt their mother had a UTI. No medical help was provided to their mother and they knew that this could become serious in elderly people. My friends chose to take their mother to urgent care, on Sunday, where it was confirmed, that she did indeed have a UTI. This could have turned into a serious situation, but thankfully it didn't!

The staff here did a nice job with our tour, they took their time showing us around and answering our questions. We just did not feel as comfortable here and we felt that this would not be the best fit for our dad.

My mom was not really adjusting well to this community. The staff was not of any assistance. My mom had a horrible time here. The community was nice, but the people could have been better at watching over the residents.

March 17, 2017Thank you for reaching out to us. Your opinion plays an integral part in the care we provide our residents. We'd like the opportunity to make this up to you, so if you're willing, please contact Elizabeth Simon at [removed]. We hope to hear from you.
We moved my mom into the memory care at Pheasant Pointe in [Removed]. The staff is wonderful to work with - always pleasant. They take great care of my mom and communicate quickly when issues arise. Working with a dementia patient can be very difficult and frustrating, but they are all very patient and loving towards the residents. It was a very good decision and has brought great peace of mind to my family.

A Place for Mom has scored Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living 7.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
