Penny's Guest Home- Billings

I can’t express how amazing [name removed] and her staff are me and my husband where in a bind to find a 24hr care for our Grandmother and we always promised her we would never put her in a convalescent home. Well her health declined fast and we needed help right away not knowing what to do, we called [name removed] and bless her soul she helped us right away we got grandma set up the house was beautiful, the Staff oh the staff is the best I watched them with other residents and they are very much loved as they should be they put pride into what they do for everyone their. You never walk in and smell that urine smell they are on top of everything. Our grandma never had a dirty diaper she was always clean. I have never experienced such a great elderly living situation I’m honestly so amazed with all them. Thank you [name removed], [name removed] and the rest of the staff. We highly recommend them.

My 90+ year-old Mother was lucky enough to live at Penny's Guest Home (Concord location) starting earlier this year after living for 4 years in a larger national chain-run facility. There is no comparison! The one-on-one level of care was above and beyond anything she had received when residing in the national chain facility. She regained her appetite, smile and there was a light in her eyes I had thought was gone forever. She enjoyed eating the homemade meals and fresh fruit where as before she pushed the plate away. Her room was spotless and she also enjoyed the company of other residents in the common room which was warm & inviting. My only regret is that I didn't know about Penny's earlier.
