Don't put your loved one in her care. She has no idea what is going on in her facilities. She keeps adding charges for things that were previously included and refused to provide a receipt. Meanwhile, my grandmother tells me that I have to send her basic personal care supplies or she won't have them. Things like shampoo, vaseline, cough drops - all things that [name removed] says are included, charges you for and yet does not provide for my grandmother.

Had rooms available, but 4000 in Concord and 4500 in San Ramon. Had a nurse that travelled between 3 homes. Wasn't sure if she could do 4x daily with sliding scale.
