Pendry Estate

The community really takes excellent care of my loved one. The communication is very good and they really watch and report to us any changes I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Whenever I visit my loved one is happy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only have 8 residents in the community. This allows for it to be more of personal attention in care. There is a flat rate for care.

Pendry Estate has been a wonderful place for my mother. My mother has lived at Pendry for over 2 years. During that time she has required more and more care as she ages. The staff at Pendry has delivered that care with so much kindness. Pendry is a big country estate, located near the new Sorrento Publix. The floor plan is open, allowing full view of the kitchen, where home cooked meals are prepared with fresh ingredients. The facility is immaculately kept. Most of the rooms overlook a large screened porch with a built in barbecue, overlooking a heated pool. [Name removed], the owner, welcomes the residents' family and friends to take advantage of all of the amenities offered, including use of the barbecue and pool. My mother is visited often by my family, giving us many opportunities to observe the great care given to all of the residents. If you are looking for a beautiful place for a loved one, that feels like home, I encourage you to give Pendry a look.

Pendry Estate deserves a five star review. However, this website will only accept 4 1/2 stars. Anyhow, Pendry is a beautiful Spanish style home. It has eight comfortable private bedrooms, each with a private roll-in large bathroom. The home is immaculately kept, and is situated on 11 acres of beautiful country setting. Of course the best part of Pendry is the care. [Name removed], the owner, made this dream of hers become a reality. [Name removed] is loving, as are all of the caregivers at Pendry. My mother has lived at Pendry for over 2 years. She has required more care with each passing year, and the care is delivered with such kindness and compassion. We visit my mother frequently, and have had many opportunities to see first-hand the great care given to all of the residents. I encourage you to take the time to visit Pendry Estate if you are looking for compassionate care for your loved one. Pendry is located just minutes from the new Publix in Sorrento, and right around the corner from Crystal Springs Elementary and Santa's Christmas Tree Forest.

My family struck gold when we discovered Pendry Estates where our mother has lived for the last three years. Ms. Davidson and her staff care for their eight residents as if they we members of their own families. The beautiful rural setting and lovely residence are an added bonus.

This is a very nice facility with plenty of staff members. This community is well appointed, bright, and clean. It’s such a beautiful place and we were very pleased with our experience. I wish we would have brought our friend here sooner. There was a small problem with communication in the beginning but the facility solved that problem very quickly. This place really felt homey and reminded my friend of her home. I would highly recommend this community.

She liked this one very much. Each room had their own bathroom. The cat could be a problem. She needs to talk to the owner of space for her and the cat she owns. Views, country living, and a very nice pool. She could benefit from the pool for therapy. Staff very nice.
