This place is terrible! They do not clean the rooms, they, the staff, are rude to the seniors, [Removed] is terrible with them! They serve cheap unhealthy food. If they, Papa, does not like a senior he ignores their needs. You can not have coffee or tea when you want it. The staff acts like they hate their jobs! This place is poorly run!
