We did not have a good feeling about Park View at Tyler Run. We thought we had a tour scheduled with the facility. When we arrived we went into the vestibule to ring to be let in and no one answered. I called the office and still, no one answered. Then a man went inside the office and totally ignored us. He finally answered the phone and told me that the one that was supposed to give us the tour was on vacation. And then he told us what the actual hours of operation were for when someone would be in the office.
