The home is pretty, and initially [name removed] (the owner) seems very kind and supportive. After documents were signed, it became a different story. Rate jumped up by 40%, which only covers basic. Families have to provide any and all needed supplies and transportation. Communication is poor. Owner acts like a bully when she doesn't get what she wants immediately. Our love one complained and was fearful here.

My parent was not happy with what they saw in the community. I let them be apart of the decision making. The room that was shown did not feel like the right one. We also saw that the residents here are more further along with their dementia and alzheimer . My parent know they would not be happy here.
