If they, employees, like you, you will be better off then if they don't. The people living there are nice enough but if you don't like drama find something else. I'm afraid to give any other details in fear of how it might get taken out on my loved one. Keep looking you will be glad you did.

Wow!! Seriously uninformed staff working there. They make commitments they can't or won't keep. They give a different answer to questions about income guidelines every time you talk to them. They obviously don't know how to calculate income or don't care enough to do it right. When I first applied I was assured that I qualified. Nothing changed on my end and then they started questioning whether or not I qualified. I gave notice and moved out of my apartment and NOW I AM HOMELESS!!!!! Having worked in the industry myself I am very distressed that a Senior Property treats the elderly like this. I wouldn't recommend even starting the process here!

Very nice. The cottage concept will appeal to my mom. I am concerned about the lack of services and how far she needs to go to use the common facility.
