My grandmother has lived at Pacific Place for over ten years now, and we couldn't be happier...The size and location makes visits so easy. The neighborhood is fun to walk around, there are lots of great shops and restaurants, and there always seems to be something fun in the park, like a concert or farmers market. She can still drive, but hardly ever needs to. Now she walks to the bank, hair salon, and grocery store. I can tell she is very happy to live there, and proud to share her home with us.... Read more

This is a lovely, small community of apartments perfect for someone who is still relatively independent. Very different in its approach to senior living. Love the location in the Old Orchard neighborhood of Webster Groves.

This is a small community of about 35 and it has a family atmosphere. It is owned by a husband and wife. There is a restaurant open to the public in the same building and the residents are able to eat there at a discounted price. You can also buy vouchers for a certain amount of meals and the vouchers do not expire. This community is located in a great part of town as you can walk around to different stores.

I toured Pacific Place on 7 June 2016 in my VERY early search for our future living arrangements. The Old Orchard Webster Groves location is wonderful with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Jane showed me three types of apartments - two 2-bedroom and one 1-bedroom. Pacific Place also has two cottages, but they were not available for viewing. There were two outside patios (one was a wine garden!) and a separate gallery that hosts art shows and lectures. Pacific Place does not offer on site dining (except for a daily continental breakfast); however, there is optional dining and meal plans in the Big Sky Cafe (with special resident pricing) right next door! There is even a special residents' entrance into the restaurant. Jane was very thorough, explaining Pacific Place's Urban Senior Living philosophy and going over payment options (of which there are two). Pacific Place was originally number two on my list of properties, but it has since moved up to number ONE! Thank you, Jane, for the tour.
