No model to visit, no waiting list to put her on, no nursing staff on site, this is one bldg of several others where other apts house families or young professionals...not exclusively seniors. 5 years old.

The grounds looked very nice. However, we did not receive a warm welcome for the leasing agent nor did he show us the community (we walked around on our own). While we were meeting with the leasing agent another woman came in to acquire about the non-senior apartments and he stopped meeting with us to give her information. He never addressed my mother, speaking to me directly. I got the impression from him that the senior residents at this community were 'second class citizens.'

Beautiful place. The prices are a bit high. The wait list is too long to get in - they have had one or two people move out in the past two years and have six people on the wait list currently.

Management wasn't originally very helpful with information upon our arrival. Possibly cause we found out later they had no avalibility. We had to insist to see or direct us to the senior living buildings for at least an idea for future reference. However, beautiful curb appeal.

I didn't like that the building for seniors was surrounded by apts for any age and there was a playground very close to the it.
