When my dad moved in we had already looked around at other places. We did private pay and the concern was what happens when he runs out of money. They told us if we pay 8 months then Medicaid would take over. We paid for 10 months and once he ran out they booted us after a month. The manager at the time [name removed] was adamant that she never said that. Once that manager left the new manager who took over [name removed] was great but he has since left. We felt our experience could have been better. A big plus was they do have a nice Facebook page that kept families well informed and we loved all the pictures.
