This is a wonderful place! For an income based property it is very well kept, and very clean. The apartments were updated and spacious, and the even allow animals. Nice Place. Apt is nice, plenty of outside areas. $550/mo + electric, gas, phone, cable. No elevators - 15 steps. Take Section 8 vouchers, if I can figure out that process. My dad needs to be approved, because he needs to make 2x the rent.
