THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD ALL THREE MEALS I FOUND A FLEA WRAPPED UP IN MY MOM SANDWICH ON THE DINNER TRAY. ON [date removed] ON THANKSGIVING.THE NURSES AINT NOTHIN THEY GIVE OUT MEDS LATE AND RIGHT NOW [date removed] THEY HAVE ALOT OF PATIENTS WITH COVID AND THE NURSE TONIGHT LET THEM OUT THEY ROOM AROUND OTHER PATIENTS THAT DOESNT HAVE COVID CAUSE MY MOM CALLED AND TOLD ME AND YES I AM CALLING STATE. DO NOT PUT UR FAMILY IN THIS PLACE THEY ARE SHORT STAFF. CALL LIGHTS BE GOIN OFF FOR HOURS WITH NO ONE TO ANSWER THEM.
