I am a client of Nurse Next Door and am 100% bed bound and live alone. NND is the 4th home care giving company I have tried and I was previously paired with approx 16 caregivers. I would consider myself experienced in the industry. NND was different from the beginning. They were able to successfully fight for and get me part of my care giving hours compensated for through the VA. I couldn't believe it when they started working on it before I even signed on with them. I knew I was in good hands with the very first caregiver they sent me because they knew what they were doing without hesitation. They were engaged with my companionship and met all my needs above and beyond. They made me feel well taken care of for the first time. [name removed] and her team were excellent at communication, always keeping you informed, the aids all had great personality and patience especially working with someone with Alzheimer's. I knew my Mom was in good hands! I will hire them again if the need arises!
