They were great, very helpful and respectful, definitely would recommend them.

The experience was pretty bad and expensive.When we checked up on them we discovered they were sleeping on the night shift at a cost of about $40 an hour which was bad. The trash began to build up and rarely was taken. There wasn't a spoon in the drawer. They actually made messes all over the house and didn't put things away. Some were nice some were rude and didn't want to do what was needed. We picked them because you recommended them.

I used this company for driving only. It turned out to be disastrous as no one seemed to be able to get my mom there on time and also allowed her to make choices instead of controlling the situation as she has dementia. We went through two drivers and ended up having management team sub in . I don't know if it was because it was male caregivers but unreliable seemed to be fitting. I wish I'd looked for medical drivers only but I wanted a more personal service. Not the best. The staff were all friendly and apologetic but I ended up driving my mom the last 2-3 weeks of her radiation treatment 5 days a week due to the unreliability.

I would tell others about Home Well's great staff and how well they cared for my mother. They were also very responsive to our needs or any questions we had and very flexible.

Home Well Care Services is good at what they do. They do most of the things we have asked for them to do when they are here, and make sure my loved one doesn't fall. They provide light housekeeping, vacuuming, laundry, and feeding lunch to my loved one. The scheduling of a caregiver has always been prompt. The communication has been good if a caregiver will be out and they need to send someone new, or of any changes.

I would recommend HomeWell Care Services to others. They are good at responding to questions, they are flexible, and great at communication with my loved one and family. They have been able to do day to day care for my loved one, such as daily living activities, light housekeeping, and companionship.

This community was amazing and I have already referred them to other people in our complex. They were open and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The owner of the company came to meet me because he did not get out on the first day. He helped me find somewhere for my husband to go to memory care.

HIRED homewell to care for sister while on vacation. instructions were not followed shopping or other matters. my sister complained of numb arm pain and was ignored as being prior years in food service. she had suffered a stroke. they resigned and left her in emergcy situation. she lost use of right arm and is still being hospitalized to this day.

We did not use them for long, but when we did use them they were great, everything was perfect. Everyone we met with and worked with was extremely friendly. It was a little spendy but the care takers were just amazing.

I've had a number of different caregivers, a number of their staff turnover often. Some have been good and some have been average. The owner is pretty hands on, and [name removed] is the medical coordinator is very good. She will fill in if a staff member doesn't show up. They are helping with bathing, and housekeeping services for my loved one. One of the best caregivers we had is a one who was a nurse and tuned in to my loved one's health.
