I was shocked to read these two reviews. Nuestra Care was absolutely fantastic. My father’s room at his facility was given up while he was hospitalized. I had one day to find a place and my dad’s care more nurse found a room here. On blind trust we accepted. [Name removed], the owner, worked with me so good. She is so caring and knowledgeable and nurturing. She and her family who also work there went over and above to make our visits comfortable. My father was put on hospice when he went there. She made sure everything needed was there. She made sure my sis and I understood everything. She worked in hospice and sincerely cared about my fathers comfort. My sister and her family drove in from Missouri. [Name removed] fed our kids and offered us coffee and whatever we needed. My father wanted ice cream, coffee and baileys before he passed. We brought stuff in and gave him small amounts. Even after we were gone she would give him what he wanted. She bathed him and groomed him daily. She gave hugs and just made us all feel so welcomed. I'm in complete agreement with the other review, I just wish it didn't take me so long to figure out her game, lies and theft. I also agree I wouldn't leave my dog with her either. There has to be better care for the Seniors of Tucson. Definitely not going to find it here with Lena.

My Father was in Lena's care and I moved him out in one day. And I will tell you I wouldn't leave my dog in her care let alone another Loved one again. I don't trust HER and for good reasons. The food was terrible and the care was even worse.
