My dad is very happy there at Northfield Personal Care Home. They make sure that he gets to all his appointments on time. On Sunday they go to church ,and if they want to go shopping or something afterwards they get to do that. There are a few minor things that dad complains about (such as a smell that no one smells but him), but they are things he has complained about elsewhere and not really anything that is their fault, and they are really on top of things, going out of their way to accommodate any requests and complaints however they can....
