Make sure that you are on top of things and visiting and advocate for your loved ones. The staff who were here when my loved one was here you had to make sure to stay on top of them. I wrote a letter and they did not do much about it - I was disappointed. They left her in her diaper for a very very long time. They always left her in her bed or would leave her in her wheelchair for hours. I would not recommend them to others until they change their management. I know they changed out the executive director but the med tech was the one we had the most issues with. She would scream at both of my parents in front of other employees.

This was the newest facility we saw. It was really pretty and very nice. I didn’t get to eat the food, but they had a lot more space here - bigger dining areas and recreation areas. When you walk into the lobby, it's really pretty. I met some of the people, and all of them seemed happy. The lady who took us on the tour was very helpful. She did a great job.
Was less impressed with this community. There was no walking paths for the residents to get outside. The carpets in the public areas and hallways needs replacing, it’s pattern undulates even for us younger people, I can only imagine the disorientation for seniors.

I toured this community and I didn't feel good about it at all and was really to far out of the way. They dropped the ball a little it felt like they were new to the program on how things work in communities.

After moving my Uncle into the community he adjusted very well. He is doing really good. I find the place to be very clean. The staff is very friendly. The environment is really nice and all around this is a great place for my Uncle.

It is a brand new facility. There is a lady there by the name of Karen whom has been very professional and helpful. We moved my mom here because she needed 2 on 1 care, where as the other facility could not accommodate her with this. They help feel her and take care of her personal care.

Business office lost a check we made a payment for. I would recommend their services. They never located the check. When we would go to visit there would be no one in the business offices and they need to tighten up on that. Other than that everything was good from the chef, to the assistants and the nurses.

Brand new facility-beautiful and fresh. Welcoming, engaging and friendly staff. The only problem here for us was the distance to our home (44 m inutes).
