Crack dealer/user across the hall from me. Meals are very repetitive and not very good. No soup as stated there is a soup of the day. Housekeeping is hit or miss. Hit my nurse call button 12 times and no one came. Was told by activity director I can't take my 4lb service dog into the activity room. Very small, ancient, slow elevators....2 per 14 floors. Lack of staff in all departments. No transportation. No trips to the store. Been here 6 months and have only had help with a shower once. No longer have security officer at night. Have to go out back to smoke in smoke hut. No light in the smoke hut. Fence broken down in 2 places from car accident 6 months ago and still not repaired. Homeless men come over to the smoke hut to find cigarette butts and sleep on picnic tables. Only couple signs in the driveway stating that it is private property. Two women were assaulted after dark in the smoke hut. AND ON AND ON AND ON. Bedbugs and cockroaches in EVERY ROOM AND DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN.
