Mom and Dad have been here almost a month. While Frontline staff seem helpful, capable and thoughtful, Mom and Dad, 90 and 92, have scheduled 2 doctor appointments, and have been stood up both times by the in-house physician. They have some things on their weary minds which need to be discussed. Very disappointed...twice; there either is an on-site physician or there isn't. Communication issues? They are still dealing with an A/C repair after weeks...again disappointed. The food is phenomenal-kudos to the chef and kitchen staff.
