This beautiful facility is clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend as long as the client does not need any medical services. I loved their social calendar of events. well worth the

Not Good For Memory Care

My mother is not there anymore. They kicked her out. They said that she roamed around too much and went into other people's rooms so they called the police on her and I had to find a new place. I think New West Haven is probably really good for someone who need minimal attention and who wants the social activity of a large facility. It's nice but it was not a good facility for memory care.
