This facility has a few staff members that work however, most are very rude and very lazy! Everyone passes the buck….. Rooms are filthy, will let your loved one lay in filth or on a bed with no sheets! Their nursing staff to patient ratio is unacceptable. They want you to sign an agreement saying you won’t sue them if your family member gets hurt. I was told “ they have the right to fall” “ we can’t force them to do anything” shower’s are only given if it’s requested otherwise they will go an entire week before getting one. Getting answers in regards to your family members health care is non existent! You have to fill out a medical records request and wait 30 days. I wish I could upload photos because it would blow your mind. My family members phone was stolen and then someone tried to erase it. they told me he didn’t arrive with a phone. When I showed them the text message with where it last. It showed up in the facility!

My father spent 1.5 weeks here. We had to pull him out and put him in home care due to lack of attention. He received no response when calling nurses for over an hour, could not get diaper changed for 12 hours after asking, his food was always cold and his medication was not dispensed on time. He received very little wound care after injuring his arm on a faulty bed rail and no care for existing bed sores. Please seek alternative care for your loved ones. The only reason this place is rated 1 is because you have to pick a rating.

My mother went to this facility after a stroke and the care here is the worst. The staff is short and incompetent. My mother is unclean and room is unclean. Dirty linens left in room. My mother after the stroke could not see her tray would be brought in and left with no one to help her eat. My mother would pull the call bell and no one would come to check on her for two hrs, I 'reached out to the director of nursing, social workers, and physcial therapist with not satisfaction. All they want is to make sure the patient has the ability to pay and they will do the rest which is nothing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR family member there.

My brother was there for hospice care and the did not flush his catheter or change his chest tube bag like they were supposed to. He ended up with a UTI and sepsis after suffering another seizure due to not getting his meds on time. Do not send your loved ones here they are lazy and incompetent. When my brother was seizing it took 45 minutes to find his nurse to call the EMT and then they only said he was nauseous.
I have a family friend in there. They do not clean rooms daily, do not make sure patients are clean. The food is provided late and cold which is a breeding ground for bacteria as well. They do the least possible for care of their patients. I am going to turn the facility into Medicare, medicaid and anyone else possible. These organizations should know how awful the care provided for the money charged. These individuals working there and running the facility would not like their loved ones cared for in this manner.

The the facility is unclean. If you care about your loved ones do not bring them here. They do not check on their patients in a timely matter. If your love one rings the call bell it will take them at least an hour to get to them. Some nurse are not compassionate. The social worker at the facility is not very helpful. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!
