We are a married couple in our late seventies and live at beautiful Myrtle Terrace in Gainesville,Ga 30501. We enjoy the maintenance free property with elevators, party room,TV room and library. We have scaled downed from home owners to a 2bedroom/2bath apartment with kitchen, living room and bright decor. The property manager is [name removed] who does an awesome job by showing our residents love and cares for each one. She manages Myrtle Terrace with a professional and dedicated skill and we all love and appreciate her and the excellent staff who support her. The place to live. I would like to take this opportunity to share information about Myrtle Terraces. I cannot tell you just how wonderful it is living here. The staff is so pleasant and will go out of their way to he!p with whatever we might need. We have quite a few functions, like pot luck dinners, we have a game room for bingo, sewing classes, art classes. We have coffee twice a week and once in awhile on a weekend we have a small get together for lunch or brunch. The bottom line is I thank God everyday for finding Myrtle Terraces to live. The residents and staff give a sense of belonging and safety. If you are thinking of living in a senior community such as Myrtle Terraces don't hesitate, it will be the best decision you will ever make.

If you want to live in an environment that is negative and unresponsive to your loved ones this is your new home. If you desire a combative management that scares the [removed] out of you this is your new home. If you want to feel locked in and unable to escape this is your new home. Tenants have escaped leaving their deposit behind in the middle of night to escape from the abuse in this building.
