Not a good place to be. We had a person that we were paying a $100 extra that was suppose to be with our loved one all the time so that they did not fall and yet our loved one still managed to fall out of the bed while they were sleeping. The price is $6,700 a month for care services, but it seemed like there was no care services being provided. We had to complain jus to get them to provide care for our loved on. Their staff works schedules are something like 24 hour shift for 4 days straight and then 24 hours shift for 2 days. The individual that is on shift just has to sleep on the couch when getting some rest. They are sneaky and under handed people who do not know what they are doing half the time.
