Morningside of Georgetown

I have heard from my siblings that the community is very safe. The staff has been very nice. Everything is clean and up-kept. There are activities on site for the residents. Both of my parents are together and keeping each other company they are happy.

The activities are pretty good, this is all somewhat new to me so I don't know a lot about what they can and can't do, it seems like they try. The activities director went through a survey with my mom and asked about her likes and dislikes but it seems like sometimes there may be some different things they can do, but it seems like they're doing the best they can with the diversity of the people there. It seemed like the younger people don't want to volunteer as much as the older people do, but the activities director is trying. Compared to other places, it was less money. it is a smaller place and they don't have some of the things other places had but overall it seems to be reasonable and in line with other places. Obviously it takes your breath away when you see what you have to pay and I'm not going to say it's cheap but I feel like for the way they are and the way she's being treated I think it's a good value. They're really nice and they're always loving on her and I'm real pleased with them and I feel comfortable being there too, I think it's going to work out.
