They were very helpful in guiding me through the admission process. Their staff has been very good at communicating with me. They have accommodating in my requests. I really don't have any complaints besides the price but that's goes for any of them so they are not unique. His room is adequate, I was thinking it's a bit small. Upon further reflection I prefer a bit smaller with that population as the more room there is the more places to loose or rathole things. I would say the activities that they have is what really sticks out about MorningStar of Happy Valley. They cater to all of the residents. The staff has always been patient, friendly, and helpful. It is spendy, but you get what you pay for.

After a year or more of trying to convince mom it was time, she has moved in and loves it! Every time I see her she tells me how much she loves the staff and her room. She is so happy to be able to socialize again after mobility issues and COVID kept her isolated for almost 2 years.

Morningstar Assisted Living is very clean and does not smell like a nursing home at all. Online it looks similar to what see think a fancy California hotel would feel like, but in person it is much homier. The staff are very friendly and every time we speak to our mother she is constantly saying how much she enjoys the staff. It really was an answer to a prayer, and with it being such a big change the transition was very smooth. They also have very nice rooms.

I helped my long-time friend move to morningstar after some health issues. The caregivers are kind and loving and thoughtful. The facility is very clean, has nice private rooms and great food and amenities.

Our loved one was only there for about three weeks, but our families experience was excellent. The staff members are their care services were wonderful, and the community was extremely well kept and organized. We just had an amazing experience.

We did a virtual tour with the community. It was very nice and the staff was friendly, they answered all of our questions and tried to make the virtual tour as good as it can be. The community did fit our needs due to the pricing

June 7, 2021Your words of praise are much appreciated. We regret our rates did not accommodate your budget (though we do have a “financial concierge” that can help families with ways to finance retirement living). We wish your family the future's best.
The care services they provided are good, but how they delivered them and carried through with them was the issue. The people were very nice, and the building itself is very beautiful, however they do not respond to the call buttons which went on for months, which was unacceptable. We took this up with the management, head of the memory care and the individual who oversees the entire community and it was never addressed and followed through with.
