Thank you for referring this residence. At the beginning of the process there has some confusion because of staff changes. The Montclare Senior Residence is a nice place to live. I thank God for A place for Mom.

I love it. It is so clean. It is not only designed perfectly for the older individuals but also the handicap person. The rent is so reasonable.

Everything is nice. I just love the place. The staff is perfect. They are just so nice. The facility is very clean. It's nice. The staff is very helpful. They are willing to help. The Montclare Senior Residences of Avalon Park is a really nice community. I would recommend it to anyone. It has been an excellent experience. I am really pleased with all of the services here. This place is really great.

I didn't think that there were senior residences in my community that I could be proud of--I found one in the Montclare Senior Residences of Avalon Park. I am still amazed (compared to other senior residences) at how attentive management is to details concerning maintenance and safety. I would recommend this location.

I lived here for close to two years, during that time there was a rodent infestation, a bedbug infestation both lasting more than two months, and an electric blackout for 3 t0 4 days. I believe I was [removed]. Management is atrocious in accommodating special needs of all resident: however, there a few privilege ones. I find that I am the only review of someone who has actually there ....some have moved, left the state, or live in fear. This may not get published, but I will sign an affidavit of my experience

They did an excellent job. They do have a lot of activities, jazz festivals and a lot of things that they signs. I liked the service when we got there, they took us on a tour, and the way they treated him when we visited.

I was overwhelmed by the new building and inside so modern and beautifully designed rooms and studios. The director who gave me the tour is very nice and excellent public relation.
