We moved from Hawaii to Seattle to be closer to our children. Seattle is a bit of a disappointment , but the Mirabella Retirement Community makes up for it. The residents are friendly and interesting. The Community offers a variety of activities: lectures, clubs, and learning opportunities. I have taken excellent drawing classes and a fine watercolor class. I am a member of a really “hot” ukelele group which is happy to accept beginners. My husband and I are daily users of the excellent gym, and we’re grateful for the help there of the knowledgeable fitness advisor. There are three pools-one large enough for lap swimming IMPORTANTLY : The food in the three dining rooms is beautifully presented, varied ,healthful and delicious. It’s a treat to dine here. AND: All employees — the directors, the cooks, the town car drivers, the dining room servers, the house cleaners do their best to insure us the best experience possible-willing to do that extra thing! We’re grateful. .... Read more

A Place for Mom has scored Mirabella 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
