I would highly recommend them. Mom only ended up being there less than a day and they were very gracious about all the turmoil involved in getting her to the hospital when we were out of town. Mom knew people who lived there and they were happy there.... Read more

This was a good community. All care levels were intermingled, and I wanted the care levels separated.
I think it's a good place for what they are providing.

I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one. They have activities like field trips, work outs, cards, music, and games. They are accommodating and quick to answer. The tour was good and they gave me all of the information that we needed.

Very friendly community, wide variety of activities including senior yoga. They have the MLB channel which is great for us baseball fans. They have independent, assisted living and memory care under one roof??

Sanctuary at Mercy Village feels like home from the caring staff to friendly residents. They have a great program called the Welcome Wagon. The Welcome Wagon is a group of residents who visit with the new residents and help them get aquainted with Mercy Village

Response from Mercy Village
August 29, 2018Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! We work hard to provide quality service and care and are thrilled to serve seniors. Thanks again!
My husband and I enjoy the freedom and security of living as Sanctuary at Mercy Village. I live in my Independent Living apartment and my husband is close by in Mercy Terrace, Memory Care so we can see each other every day. The staff and caregivers have been very caring and helpful.

My mother recently moved to Sanctuary at Mercy Village. The staff is wonderful and attentive. My mom loves it there. It is an adjustment for her after living in a rather large condo, but her apartment appears to fit her needs at this time. I like that it is securely locked at all times and that they have various levels of care. I, also, like that they provide water and coffee in the entry/lounge area to keep the residents hydrated.

A Place for Mom has scored Mercy Village 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
