I would not recommend the McCoy Assisted Living. There was no activities. My loved one use to live here but we moved her to a different facility because of our experience.

We were very disappointed on how McCoy handled our situation. My father and mother are still together. She ignored any requests of my father. She is used to taking care of women who are further along than my parents. Was not a good experience! I think she is best with women who can no longer communicate.

I met with Mrs McCoy this week...lovely home and the ladies there are very well cared for. After much consideration we have decided to keep looking as my mom just would't be happy living in a room with someone.

Womens house had 5 ladies, too many breakable things but it is for women. Caregiver was very nice. Went to son's house for men, 2 men, no room for anymore until they do remodeling. Caregiver there is a chef. Like the idea of homecooked meals for Dad. Need gates on stairs.
