Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Horicon, Wisconsin, this community provides an inviting atmosphere — where residents are encouraged to be themselves with exceptional assisted living services. This 30-bed community currently offers three different studio floor plans for residents to choose from. Pet-friendly units are also offered!
Stimulating and engaging recreational and social activities, such as cooking and painting classes, are scheduled on a daily basis. Residents can enjoy a friendly board game in the game room or share old stories during one of our summer BBQs. There are many ways to spend your days here!
Personalized care plans take each resident’s individual needs, preferences, and interests into account. There may be residents who need services that are not offered on-site, and so Matthews of Horicon collaborates with local specialists and therapists to schedule regular on-site visits — so all residents can have access to the care and services they need. I am very independent. I don't need much help. I would like some help sometimes with cleaning. I don't email or anything like that. I have one of the smallest rooms. I have a payee, I am not sure how much I pay, but I assume I pay a lot. I help others to get things when I can. staff has improved.

The Matthews of Horizon was a nice clean community. The staff was all very friendly. The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The only reason we chose another location, in the end, was simply because of the location,
