Very clean facility. Friendly staff, but poorly operated. Horrible communication between the Nursing Staff. The Administrator never leaves her office to walk around to see what is actually happening in her facility. They are understaffed and not trained to handle the various residents. Not the place for anyone with any Cognitive problems---especially Dementia. One resident had 7 falls within 6 months after the Management had listed her as a "fall risk." There is a big amount of staff turnover, leaving Temp Agency personnel to fill the gap. This wouldn't be a problem, but with no communication, your loved ones are in jeopardy. There needs to be some changes in the top positions and soon!!

It is poorly run. They don't have a chef, the cook that they call a chef is poor and from a nutritional standpoint, in my opinion, it is not well maintained. The facility itself is very pretty, but the residents don't seem to have a outlet to express their concerns.
