Talked with [Removed]. Small, they have 50 total units. They have independent living, assisted living, and health care. Rooms are VERY nice and range from $5000 - $5250, with the pricier one being a two bedroom, 2 bath unit! There is a one time community fee of $3000. TOTAL monthly expenses, including all levels of care, will max out at $6500. Think medication management is included. Generally full occupancy, it's unusual to have two openings. Think they will go quickly. 3 meals/day plus daily and weekly housekeeping are all included. Beauty salon with manicures and pedicures onsite. In-house PT and OT. Can have meals delivered to your room for an extra fee. Very nice, homey feel.
