I’m a bit disappointed my mom has just arrived and seems to be so distraught CNA’S not taking her to the rest room or bringing her medication it’s very heart breaking & stressful Nurses seem indifferent & uncaring a bit dismissive

The facility is nice but looks can be deceiving. My mom has been in rehab many times. They sent her home with a horrible diaper rash that staff neglected to tell me she had. If you want your loved one to stay dry, don't send them there.
