My mother was here and the staff was rude no excuse for bad manners. I regretfully hate that my mom had to experience this awful place, when we went for our window visit, my mom was not even ready, her hair was messy, she had no shoes on, they knew what time my mom was scheduled for her visit and they didn't even get her ready for it. My sister took her some tamales at 11 am and my mom didn't get them till 4pm and that's only because she called my mom to see if she enjoyed them and mom told her she never received them. My mom is a 80 yr old woman whose not walking at this time she's in a wheelchair and so obviously she's in a diaper, well they don't provide wipes, really wipes? The lady [name removed] who is the owner said she don't get paid enough to buy wipes, she only provides TP . Crazy right? We pay a significant amount that I can't believe she'd say that!! Our parents are like babies again, so am I going to clean my new born grandson with toilet paper or wipes???

When I toured the Manantial De Vida, I was not very impressed. It did not have any of the things that I was looking for. I'm sure it would be a good fit for someone else, but not for my mother.
