Majestic Home Care overall has been good. Kristina runs the facility. The aids are very loving and kind. Kristina doesn't always touch base with people though. Mom needed lab work done and I had emailed her that mom was supposed to be fasting for 12 hours. I picked her up this morning and she had eaten breakfast. There was not communication between Kristina and the staff members. She depends a lot on the aids. They shower mom all the time, the residents are given three good home cooked meals a day, they are loving and caring. Everything does fall on the shoulders of the aids though. There could be better training for them since they are responsible for so much. Overall I am pleased but would like communication and training to be improved.... Read more

Well it was really scary to decide to place my mother somewhere and Majestic Home Care has just made it really, really nice and I don't worry about her at all because the staff takes really good care of her.
